Metabolic Disease in Dairy Cattle

Metabolic Diseases (उपापचयी रोग) are those diseases which occur due to deficiency, imbalance of nutrients, or disturbance of metabolism (चयापचय) in the body. These diseases are especially related to milk production, pregnancy, and the energy requirements of the body. They are non-contagious (Non-Contagious) and do not spread from one animal to another, making them primarily management-related disorders often called Production Diseases.
